Appointments

At MedPrem Urgent Care, you'll never have to schedule an appointment to visit with us. We welcome walk-ins 6 days a week.

Insurance

We accept most major health insurance plans. We offer reasonable cash payment plans for our uninsured patients. Please contact our office to learn more.

Financial

For the convenience of our patients, we accept cash, debit, and credit cards. We do require that co-payments, deductibles, and non-covered items be paid at the time of service. If you need help, please contact our office.

Prescriptions

If you need a refill on your prescription, please give us 48 hours' notice if possible. When you call, we will need the following information:

  • Name of the medication you wish to have refilled
  • Pharmacy name and phone number

As a general policy, we do not call in refills after hours. We also do not refill narcotic prescriptions by phone. An office visit is required for any narcotic refill.
